About This File

This is a representation of the newly repainted A321 NEO (G-GBNi) of the UK Government, being operated by Titan Airways for VIP and royal family transport.

Based at London Stansted, this A321 NEO LR is operated by Titan Airways and has been flow non-stop as far as Los Angeles, thanks to its low density VIP seating config.

The aircraft is flown under two callsigns:

  1. AWC (Zap), when flying government personnel
  2. KRH (Sparrowhawk) when flying members of the royal family

ToLiss A321 NEO Addon is required!

Featuring:

  • Compatible with latest ToLiss A321 NEO update with cockpit selcal plate.
  • All textures DDS for best loading times with X-Plane 11.50 onwards.
  • Improved aircraft normal mapping
  • Textures for @cardajowol LEAP Engine mod, which I highly recommend.

Yep! Plan is to get GBNI out some time this month following XATW's return to its origin of TCS World Travel.

It should be a pretty simple switch, some minor differences between the two, largest one being the racoon on GBNI 😄

The version of this G-XATW was recently repainted in a blackish purple livery for taking the Glasgow Rangers FC team to the Europa League finals in Seville. As mentioned, it is keeping the black livery that also has a Grey vertical stabiliser.  It is still using the G-XATW Reg I'm sure. i must say I love the UK Gov livery very patriotic 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿✈️ you've done an excellent job of replicating it brilliantly!

Currently not working properly - something really weird going on with the engine nacelle texture. If I select the Leap engines (or auto, which correctly selects Leap) the livery doesn't work, i.e. the default "KIWI" nacelle shows instead. But if I change to the P&W engine, the correct texture appears. Even though the livery only contains Leap textures. And other liveries that are constructed exactly the same way work perfectly well.

I found that if I copied in LEAP1A.png from another Neo/Leap livery, into the objects folder, it applied it to the nacelles - the nearest I could find to a plain white nacelle was a TAP Portugal livery that I also have.

Is this maybe something that Toliss have added to the paintkit since this livery was originally created?

Hi, this was ToLiss updating the engine textures with the stupid KIWI markings for literally no benefit to anyone. I will release an update soon. 🙂
