- Courtenay Airpark marina, boat slip and seaplane dock

- WT3 Compatibility

 - Custom hangars and clubhouse

- Custom dynamic lighting, and dynamic lighting asphalt. 

- Ground Traffic

- Winter Textures (JSGME MOD)

- Volumetric vegetation

 

Required Scenery Libraries:

 - MisterX Library and static aircraft extension

 

Installation:

1. Install required libraries. 

2. Unzip the first package, and put "CFXP - CAH3" into your "Custom Scenery" folder

3. (Optional) for winter textures, please use this to help

I am a very visual person and think this scenery turned out extremely well overall. The detailing was expertly done. However, one point should be considered for "realism". Stationary sailboats rarely have full sails up near a dock inside a marina area. It looks very odd because it just isn't done. I know this observation might seem a bit picky from a non-developer, but sailboats with full sails up should be seen only in open water areas.

Sorry for the late response, but It seems to be that you do not have the scenery installed. The picture shown is depicting the default scenery.

Love it! Very nice. Really like the boat slip and seaplane dock.

I only wish that when I choose the seaplane dock, that my plane does not 'sit on' an existing plane.

Could the seaplane dock area remain empty, in anticipation of a user selecting that starting location?
