    The weather message has been eleminated in SAM 3.1.10 however the weather API is still not available.

    They have a very very outdated version. I don't think they maintain ther versioning in their central app anymore. So no, just use the latest SAM version.

    Not yet, Laminar is quite about a jetway API to hook their new jetways.

    It's not an issue, you can use SAM as usual and discard the message. Once Laminar provides a proper API for the new weather system we will fix it.

    yes, always. We only have one SAM version and they are compatible for both XP versions.

    Thanks for your feedback. We are not a big fan of too many options because it makes the user flow quite complex. Instead we already thought about implementing a specific config depending on the parking position. So if you park at a ramp you won't have a bus, on a tie-down you will get one. Our latest feature addition (livery dependend configs) also go into that direction. Like you can create a config without a bus to support air stairs.

    Just run the content manager from Resources/plugins/SAM/contentmanager and fetch the latest update if you are not on version 3.1.9 yet.

    There is probably a blank space in or something similar. Best is to paste the serial into your browser URL, then copy it from there into the SAM activation. Does that work for you?

    Yes, we didn't ship them anymore as those models were quite outdated. They were supposed to be demo objects anyway so there is currently no plan to introduce new ones.

    Unfortunately I can't confirm this on my end. So the first try to solve this would be: 1. Delete Resources/plugins/SAM 2. Delete Output/preferences/sam 3. Install SAM by using this package: https://d1o9n9onlv91pa.cloudfront.net/sam3/base_plugin/3.1.8-f1/SAM-store.zip

    Hi we know that for some users the Flightfactor aircrafts tend to behave strange upon spawning. Therefore we implemented this option. Set it to disabled and you should be good. FlightFactor is also problematic with other SAM features such as ground power. As they have a custom logic locked behind the doors we can't provide ground power via SAM. That's why it's not visible in the UI.

    I don't really get the problem but if you extract this file in SAM/aircraft folder it should work. Can't check the values of the xml without having the aircraft tAD_CRJ_900.ziphough.

    Nearly all SAM jetways should reach that location when extended. The maximum average extension is 20m + the jetway length itself (average 15m).

    That is the manual way. But you can share your aircraft with contact[at]stairport-sceneries.com and we'll set it up.
