  1. If you didn't restart X-Plane yet please also hand over the sam.log in resources/plugins/SAM
  2. Hi Itamar, thanks for your detailed feedback. Let's go through it: One airport I testen (LMML, Justsim) is not recognized at all. -> I can't confirm that, works fine for me. Please try to delete apt.cache in the scenery Earth nav data folder to force a database regeneration. If that doesn't help try my version: apt.cache At some airports stands are deemed ' unreachable' even when on taxiway next to the stand, or on the chosen stand itself. (EPWA DD Design, LGRP FSDG) -> First try deleting apt.cache here as well (we will do that automatically from SAM 2.1.6 on). Sometimes the route network is not sufficiant for a parking position which causes your mentioned message. In EPWA I found "LOT Service" parking position. There is no taxiroute network (yellow) nearby. Up to the scenery author to fix that or simply open the scenery in WED and add the routing. In one case when turning of the runway the follow me drove through me in the opposite direction onto the runway. A then called another one, for an adjacent stand. The first one also caught up and then there were 2... (LGAV, FlyTampa) -> We're already aware of that issue and fix it soon In general there is a bias to the right. see picture in LGKO (Gaya), but also for example in EDDM (SFD) where the SAM VDGS is spot-on centerline but the marshaller has this same deviation about a meter to the right. It almost like it wants to put the captain seat on centerline instead of the nosewheel.. -> There is a pretty simple reason for that. FollowMe is based on the route and stand data saved in the scenery (created in WED). Depending on the workflow of the scenery developer this data is rather good or bad. In worst case the routing can be offset by meters from the taxiline or parking position visible in the scenery. DD EPWA is such a case. The blue circle (our debugging for parking positions) should be centered on the line but it isn't so the marshaller will be offset. The VDGS uses another technology and is not related to FollowMe in any way. Finally SAM 2.1.5 has just been released. You may try that as well.
  3. You can add the app to the excludes so it should work fine. However yes you can by using: https://sam-suite.com/ PACKAGE Like SAM_2.1.3.7z (Base Plugin) or extension like SAM_GlobalTrees_1.0.2.7z
  4. Looks like you disabled the automatic library feature in the SAM Airport Operation System -> Settings page. In that case the libraries won't be added to your custom scenery directory automatically. Enable it again, restart and you should be good to go.
  5. In the main X-Plane directory. "WorldJetways not working" is a quite a general term. You may read through the manual to find out why and if not contact the support team.
  6. Okay please update to sam 2.1.3, try again and send us the log.txt after testing
  7. Did you check if SAM_Seasons is present in Resources/plugins/SAM/lib ?
  8. Which OS? On windows you need to run SAM Suite as admin.
  9. I just checked back with SAM 2.1.2 (default EDDH, gate 4) IXEG 733 -> Works perfectly fine. Might be an issue with the scenery that you used for testing. The jetway icon on the left screen edge should get blue when you are in connection range to a jetway. FlyJSim 732 v3.41 -> Wasn't perfectly and door control was not working. Will be fixed in SAM 2.1.3
  10. Feedback from our testing (EDDH, gate 4): Toliss A321 V1.1 (build 1254) -> Works perfectly fine. Might be an issue with the scenery that you used for testing. Colimata Concorde v1.2 -> Door position is too high, will be corrected in SAM 2.1.3
  11. Would be great if you could support the official 1.4 update as well. They said they made changes to the cockpit without knowing any more about it...
  12. Idk if the scenery author implemented that or not. But if the file causes issues you better tell the author about it
  13. The error is caused by RJCW: Unable to load object file: Custom Scenery/Japan_RJCW_Wakanai/dockings/types/marshaller_01.OBJ I don't get why this is happening when loading EDDB, maybe that scenery overwrites the marshaller worldwide because of a wrong library.txt
  14. Thanks for your feedback. They might changed some stuff in the aircraft files in the last update and SAM doesn't recognize it anymore. We will check that for the next update!
  15. There shouldn't be any relation between SAM Suite and the actual plugin in that regard. Please try this (Deactivation after reboot): https://stairportscenerieshelp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/77000004336-activation-problems
  16. That would be too much to list here. Just download it and search through Resources/plugins/SAM/lib/SAM_StaticAircraft.
  17. Ok, new try: Uninstall SAM Base plugin Delete resources/plugins/SAM/themes folder Install SAM Base plugin again
  18. Please uninstall the base plugin through SAM Suite and reinstall it. Then start x-plane and check again (without replacing the xpl). We changed the 2.1.2 package slightly.
