  1. Could you please provide your scenery package so we can give it a try, thanks.
  2. We do already but 1) we have a +-45 degrees cone for detection 2) we only show the marshaller with the "best matching" values.
  3. We extended the drawing ranges for marshaller because for some airports with long parking positions like EDDB the marshaller where appearing too late and people requested the marshaller to be visible when entering the position and not on the very final leg. Which parking position did you test at EHAM?
  4. You're getting something wrong here. Each plugin (either SAM or Autogate) will identify its objects automatically. So if a scenery author places autogate jetways they will work out of the box, same with SAM. Therefore you don't have to bother. If a custom scenery folder contains a sam.xml file it's likely to be expected using SAM (jetways).
  5. You can but in that case SAM Suite won't read them out. If you can deal with it, go
  6. The funny thing is, that it is EXACTLY the same version codewise just with an extended debug dump
  7. Can you please send your latest file in X-Plane/Resources/Plugins/SAM/logs to support@stairport-sceneries so we can have a look.
  8. The SAM_FollowMe folder couldn't be found. If you disabled automatic library linking you probably forgot to copy it manually into your custom scenery folder.
  9. Exactly, it will drop a file if the CTD is caused by SAM. If there is NO file even after a CTD that means the crash was not caused by our plugin. The SAM/logs file will also indicate a CTD in one of its last lines ("crash detected" or similar). Laminar asked us to create our own dump because they were annoyed by getting ours in their support system so we splitted it up into SAM-related and rest-of-XP-world
  10. Well before people were complaining why LF2 is NOT configured. Now it is and you want to roll back? Easy: Delete line 654 and 658 in X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins\SAM\aircraft.xml
  11. Please open a ticket with the latest SAM/logs and SAM/dump files via support@stairport-sceneries.com
  12. Perfect, thanks for your feedback. Your mentioned SAM Suite issue should be resolved in the latest SAM Suite version but will check again.
  13. Yeah, uninstalling is not perfectly implemented yet. You can simply delete SAM/lib/SAM_Library manually and start the Suite again. You should then be able to install the Base Plugin again
  14. Could you please send the latest files from SAM/logs and SAM/dump to support@stairport-sceneries.com?
  15. Are you on SAM 2.1.7? If yes which airport/parking spot are you trying? And yes you could fiddle it out manually in the aircraft.xml stored in the SAM root directory.
  16. @simssmith Could you please reinstall SAM 2.1.7 through SAM Suite and check if it fixes your issue?
  17. Meanwhile you could try this version (2f380956). Simply extract and overwrite it into your main X-Plane directory https://www.dropbox.com/s/k9fd3m8qh5bet79/SAM_2.1.7_preview.zip?dl=0
  18. @Anish DanishIt is included in SAM 2.1.6, available through SAM Suite now and at all shops by next week.
  19. With the current technical setup that is not possible because the code is all stored in the base plugin. Extensions are just art asset libraries that activate certain features of the base plugin when installed. We'll think about another approach...
