[Using SAM for Pilot controlled Objects]

Hello

I am currently enhancing LSPM ,(a small Airport in Switzerland).

During studying the Charts, i found VHF controlled Barriers on Runway side (You have to select a certain Frequency and activate PTT switch 3 Times, then you will hear a signal and the Barriers will close for 3 Minutes. I also found different other Airport where you can activate different Lights the same way.

It woud be a nice feature to implement such functions in this Plugin.
