Oh gosh, a good Vancouver scenery was sorely missed since the release of Vancouver+ v.2 in 2011 (back then for FSX, do you still remember ?). Although I was born and raised in the middle of Europe - and still live there - I've always thought that Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities all over the world and tailor made for flight simming. Your Vancouver city scenery is really a venerable successor of the hopelessly outdated Vancouver+, it is even much, much better, and I don't need any unreliable internet streaming to get this. And it is really for free, which I still cannot believe !!!!???? The only reason why I've assigned only nine out from ten stars is, that I wish there would be more helipads for helicopter pilots, because I'm a passionate rotorhead.
