  1. I am getting an issue in descent with the LevelUp planes. The speed is constantly over/undershooting the target (as in the FMC/DES page): the indication on the PFD then keeps changing between 'FMC SPD', 'RETARD' (both in green) and 'ARM" (in white) as the a/c tried (unsuccessfully) to stabilise itself.. If I click on SPD INTV things settle down, but that shouldn't be required, AFAIK? Also, connected with this I guess, using ALT INTV or LVL CHG very soon produces a very high descent rate (up to 4800ft/min) and of course, as a result, the FMC SPD target is greatly exceeded: the excessive descent rate is not being moderated in order to reduce the ever-increasing airspeed. I have to descend using V/S to maintain any realistic control. (Oddly, below FL100 VNAV seems to work much better, moderating descent rate to achieve the required speed as expected). Thanks! (Great planes, notwithstanding any issues!! )
  2. Can I ask about the cfg files that come with many downloaded 737 liveries? I have set up my preferences (this is in the LevelUp a/c, which I have just installed for the first time) in the EFB and saved them - I did that on a clean install, before importing any liveries (i.e. the 'default' paint).. but when I then search for a file that has just been created or modified, nothing shows up. Anyone know where the preferences are stored? I kind of expected a new cfg file to appear in the base folder. Be good to have a backup. (The 'pref' file is different and does not seem to contain this information). Then, when I install a livery, it seems that the individual cfg file takes precedence over the preferences I have saved (logically, but slightly annoyingly). It surely cannot be required to run through and save the preferences again for every new livery? I earlier tried copying and pasting data from a livery cfg file into the cfg files of new liveries, but that resulted in corrupt cockpit instruments, and artefacts over the EFB, so I had to start again with a fresh install. I assume that I can simply remove the cfg files that come with downloaded liveries? The 737NG should then always be set up in the way I have just saved (e.g. using lbs, not kgs, have airstairs etc.), no matter what livery I choose, no? (I notice some liveries do not have a cfg file with their download in any case). The goal, as will be clear I think, is to have the preferences I saved in the EFB apply to all my LevelUp 737s. Thanks!
  3. The fuselage files in the zip I downloaded are incorrectly named - had to change them to get the livery to show up
  4. Request for: Yak-40 Made by: Felis https://github.com/parshukov/Yak-40-Felis-for-X-Plane-11/releases Does the addon currently have a VR compatible yoke (does it move with touch controllers)? No Hi. None of the switches or levers responds in VR (so other questions in the 'template' seemed irrelevant??). This was a very nice plane to fly, but as I now only ever fly in VR, it sadly just sits in the 'hangar': what a shame! Way beyond my competence to do this, so if anyone can create VR object and config files to bring the plane to life, it would be so much appreciated (and hardly just by me, I am sure!). Thank you.
