EDIT: Figured it out. The OSM that was provided got renamed after it was downloaded. Once I changed the name to match the existing OSM file so it overwrote that file, the airport looks great.

I did not see any line showing SAM_Library in your Custom Scenery folder. Pls install it and then check. From your log.txt file, line 390 :
Failed to find resource 'SAM_Library/dockings/FMT_5.0m.agp', referenced from scenery package 'Custom Scenery/_LTFM_Istanbul_Intl_v2.0/'.
It won't work without the library.

If you mean the "apron textures", you are right, they should be changed if you have the HD scenery installed. Enjoy the scenery.

There is ortho imagery in the scenery for the airport area and even if you use stock x-plane you will have them visible and your set-up looks just fine.

HD Airport? I know nothing about that. LTFJ must be listed above any such add-ons so any other scenery will not be shown. You can share a screen shot if you like.
Then the errors you are getting at start are just warnings, if you are happy with those popping up every time you are near LTFJ, be my guest
I cannot stand those.

You can search yours for "Andalou" and replace it with "Anadolu" if you do not want to copy the one I attached here, this is the error that the authors made and it has to be corrected.
You are also missing the NAPS_Library so please find it and install to your Custom scenery folder.
If you still face problems send me the latest log.txt file after installing above missing items.

Your problem is with SAM_Library:

folder and install it from scratch using "SAM Suite". The library will be automatically added to your Custom scenery folder, no need to add it manually.
I am sure this will sort the problem with LTFM. If not pls send me your log.txt file again after doing above and if LTFM does not start properly.
You also have a lot of missing items in your LTBA scenery and way too much instances of Ground traffic plugin which may cause your sim to stop starting if you add a few more of new scenery containing this plugin - I always remove it from most scenery containing it to avoid problems. Choice is yours.
You also have duplicated Laminar Landmarks folders in there, delete the old ones

This should be related to NAVDATA that you are using, if you update to current then this problem will also vanish

I can only ask you to check my replies to previous comments and reviews to see if you have similar issues with others. I strongly advise you to check whether you have a previously installed SAM_Library in your Custom Scenery folder (remove it if you have) and let the "latest" SAM_Suite create a link for it. Also make sure to have the latest versions of necessary libraries. If these won't work for you, send me your log.txt file after trying to start-up at LTFM so that I will check for any errors.

This error is certainly not the cause of your crash, I also have it and it will be eliminated soon.

There must be something blocking your graphics card, I own a DELL laptop with 1060 Graphics card (6GB VRAM) and I get 30 fps in average with med to high graphics settings (I never use parked aircraft and reflections).

Make sure to have all required libraries up to date (including SAM) and share your log.txt file for me to check if the culprit is LTFM related.

Am 99% confident that this is related to SAM: Not only does the log.txt end with SAM entries - but also did the SAM plugin create a "dumps" folder (which - per recent discussion with their development team on another issue - the SAM plugin only creates in case it is responbile for a crash).
Am attaching both those log files here in case anyone's interested. Will try and temper around a bit and revert in case I find a solution.

ADDENDUM:
If I delete / deactivate the file "sam.xml" within the LTFM scenery folder, everything loads up perfectly fine. And *then*, I must say the scenery really shines! Not sure what is missing due to the inactivation of that sam.xml file - but for me definitely works, especially for that upcoming UBBB-LTFM VASTIM event next Saturday!

@fallenistaken Is your AIRAC up to date and do you have the required set for A300? If A350 is seeing the data, A300 should also see it as long as they look at the same dataset. Also update your X-Plane to 11.51b3 where they upload new apt.dat file which includes LTFM along with many other airport data.

Please make sure that you have only 1 link to SAM_Library in your scenery_packs.ini file as most of the time after CTD's the automatic links do not get deleted and you may have more than 1 link to the library. Further, pls make sure to have your SAM version is the latest.

You need to have the latest AIRAC from Navigraph, default one is too old and does not contain data for LTFM.
