I run it on 1080 , 1920*1080 single 32 inches one , so yeah thats your problem try 1 monitor first and see

38 to 48 Tested right now with tolis ! with zibo i was locked to 40 41 for moments when passing clouds i went to 31 then back to 45

Same for me here from 70 FPS to 37 41 with I5 9600K 5.1Ghz 16GB Ram and 1070Ti also OC
