I tried doing it myself manually and it appears it failed on my end. I think it might be failing because xEnviro has to run as admin due to the bug and the sim can't launch apps as admin.

It would be nice if we could get dynamic weather changing/smother weather change.

Please add xEnviro to exe.xml during xEnviro installation so it will launch when ever the sim lunches.
