    Grab this "Neptune Aviation" ground support livery and GHD set for the Bae 146-200 so you can fly your own missions, refuel, refill, complete safety checks, and get back in the sky for some aerial firefighting. Included Neptune Air Support Vehicle Neptune Fuel & Fire Retardant Tanker Trucks Neptune GPU Custom set animations and configs for 15 vehicles (Drive Up, Drive Away phases) Drive Away phase moves all vehicles out from behind the plane in the event you want to leave them visible during pushback. I've added more vehicles than needed but vehicles do a good job of lighting the airplane at night and (in concept) could support fast turns of multiple air tankers. Planes likely aren't recharged with fire retardant from trucks but this seems to work well within the limits of X-Plane. BAe 146s are recharged from ports on either side of the plane from the tail section. It takes 15 minutes to refill the tank and teams generally only use on recharge port at a time based on ramp configs. Neptune has actual Air Support Vehicles that travel with the air tankers to provide support and maintenance during deployments. Technical Notes Requires Ground Handling Deluxe by JARDesigns Neptune.zip contains the vehicle liveries. Put this entire folders inside your GHD "liveries" folders. BAe 146-200.set ensure the right vehicles display and animates them in accordance with the theme. Place this file in your GHD "Sets > Custom" folder. On my system I had trouble getting the custom liveries for the ambulance objects to work. If you have the same issue, I'd recommend temporarily renaming "Ambul.png" to "Default.png" and move it inside the GHD's "Cars > Ambul" folder.     This is a really well done, beautiful livery. Definitely a complex design but super high-quality, detailed, and executed well; it even has a custom cabin! But most importantly, its one of my favorite liveries to fly in (even though I'm from Virginia, LOL).
  2. I also used the approach mentioned above to get the custom cabin for (70NG) Southwest Airlines "Maryland One" B737-7H4 working at well! I just love this Maryland One livery!!
  3. I just took another look and I can't recreate the "nested cabin" folder solution that I thought was working to help the cabin obj files "see" the right texture files... On the Macs, it appears the cabin objects (i.e. "737 NG Series > objects > 737_60NG > cabin > 737_60NG_cabin.obj") for each aircraft version will only pull texture files from the default text file location (i.e. "737NG Series > objects > 737cabin_galley.dds"). I'm assuming this is a bug within the default "[aircraft version]_cabin.obj" and "[aircraft version]_cabin_galley.obj" files that only affecting Macs. So here are my updated tips for Mac users: That said, I'm currently using custom cabin textures by replacing the default textures (i.e "737NG Series > objects > 737cabin_galley.dds"). It's definitely not a dynamic solution but it at least gets me the results I want for the time being. Rename default textures: Rename default cabin texture files so you can revert back to them whenever you want (I append "_o" to the file names so I know that file was the original): "737NG Series > objects > 737cabin_galley.dds" becomes "737NG Series > objects > 737cabin_galley_o.dds" "737NG Series > objects > 737cabin_seats.dds" becomes "737NG Series > objects > 737cabin_seats_o.dds" Use your custom textures as "default" textures: Paste your new custom cabin texture files to the "737NG Series > objects" folder: This will be your new 737cabin_galley.dds (or .png) file (includes the bulkhead image texture) This will be your new 737cabin_seats.dds (or .png) file (includes the seat image textures) Note: It appears the default normal maps were created directly from the default images maps. That means even with your custom textures installed, you may have some of the default "normal" map show through. (If you see your custom texture and what looks like a transparent layer of the default texture showing, this is likely what's happening.) To fix this you can play around with the 737cabin_galley_NML.dds and 737cabin_seats_NML.dds but I found this difficult without a lot prior experience working with normals. Hope this is of more help. If anyone has better suggestions, I'd love to hear them. Hangar XV Here's an example of what I was able to accomplish with this revised appraoch:
  4. CABIN FIX FOR MAC I'm on a Mac and believe I was able to find a temporary fix to the issue. I had to create a nested "cabin" folder per the following: liveries > [airline] > objects > 737_60NG > cabin" Tips: - The customized "737cabin_galley" and "737cabin_seats" files (texture png/dds, NML, LIT) then go inside that cabin folder. - I had to do this for each livery/aircraft version where I want to enable a custom cabin. - I had to temporarily rename the default galley and seat files in the main objects folder or x-plane would use them instead. It seems to do the trick until the engineers can fix the bug. Hope this helps. Turns out, what I posted in February didn't actually work. I've resorted to deplacing the default textures until a fix to the obj files (or texture logic) can be made.
