FF B767 Extended Auto Throttle

Recommended Posts

Is anyone else having a problem when pressing toga or thr button, thrust and throttles go to idle. The throttles will not move after this unless I disconnect the Auto throttle. Sometimes this does not happen and sometimes it does ???? I operate windows 10. This is the freighter version. I will try the other versions to see what happens.

(NOTE: I do not own this particular aircraft)

If I recall correctly, you must manually throttle up to 50% then to around what your TOGA thrust settings is - then you engage TOGA once it’s about 60%. You must manually throttle up but then A/T takes over and holds the thrust there. This I probably to avoid accidents when the TOGA button is accidentally pressed.
