theaviatorO8 0 Posted November 29, 2018 Hello, I notice on the pre release 737-900 , that the nose gear barely turns despite full rudder, so taxing is nearly impossible, always wide turns essentially driving into objects. anyone notice this, report this or know how to adjust the radius in plane maker? I have a screenshot but there's not a way to attach an image from your desktop I am on Mac Mojave and x-plane 11.30 thanks

theaviatorO8 0 Posted November 30, 2018 Hey thanks I’ll do that. Tho why can’t the plane just steer normal by default without these hidden menus. Complicated.
audiobirdxp 158 Posted January 11 Not complicated at all and not hidden at all. It's a complex simulation with lots of options that let you customize the sim to your needs. One of those is the option to adjust tiller and rudder control for your controllers. E.g. I have an axis for the tiller and a different one for the rudders, others have home cockpits, or different axes or very simple controllers. XPlane does not cater for all these different configs. We actually spent a lot of time integrating all the options and making them work.
theaviatorO8 0 Posted January 11 Quite a delayed reply. I disagree. The nose steering should just work as normal tho out of the box. Or have a very simple flat button user interface with a steering label icon. But even with Flight Factor and other planes having additional menus, it’s usually for winglets, engines and other graphic choices. Basics just work right away. Your last post didn't suggest the necessity of a reply as you simply stated your personal preferences in a fairly rude manner. For me, the configuration works right away as it is, as for many others.
