Flaps retraction after takeoff

Where do I find that in the 737? -
When I try to retract the flaps after takeoff, my Auto Throttle turns off and I get warnings. I wait until I pass the minimums to retract them. Am I doing something wrong? How do I set up the aircraft so I can retract the flaps without any problems?

Correction: This only for the 737-900 NG. The 800NG works fine with the CG.

When I go to that payload page on the EFB, the CG just says CHECK. Since it says this, the FMC programing for the performance and takeoff is messed up. Is there some sort of setting I need to change?
