Cannot paste email/key

Thanks for getting back! So I tried that but I am getting the same error messages because it will not let me remove the "Please paste your serial key/email address here" text.

Hello, I just reinstalled SAM back into my computer/X Plane 11 because it was not recognizing my aircraft and it will not allow me to paste my email or the key in the spaces provided. I tried ctrl+v and right clicking and it will not remove the preset text in the boxes. The error I am receiving is "Invalid format. Please paste your email/serial address (don't type it in). Thank you in advance for your help!
