Since the log file only shows the loading of scenery and plugins, and doesn't have any info on the crash, I'd suggest the following:
1: make sure the LevelUp is installed the correct way!!
2: Does it happen just on a specific airport, or any airport?
3: remove all plugins, and add them back one at a time
4: is still no resolution, do the same for customer scenery, but maybe by adding DISABLE to the scenery.ini file for each entry.
