  1. Can you attach the log file, and maybe post a pic of the File Explorer for the installation location?

And can you think back to what happened/changed between the last time the LevelUp aircraft worked and when it crashed for the first time.

  2. Since the log file only shows the loading of scenery and plugins, and doesn't have any info on the crash, I'd suggest the following:

1: make sure the LevelUp is installed the correct way!!
2: Does it happen just on a specific airport, or any airport?
3: remove all plugins, and add them back one at a time
4: is still no resolution, do the same for customer scenery, but maybe by adding DISABLE to the scenery.ini file for each entry.

I hope by following the above steps you will be able to find the cause of your issue.

  3. Hello Geoff,

The fact that all is working fine on the 700 and 800 tells me the in stall is fine.

Can you provide us a video of what you do, and a flight you are so we can "see" what transpires, and maybe be able to replicate the issue, or see what might be going wrong.

I have no problem with the 600 and 700 (I use the Zibo whenever I want to fly an 800).

  4. I am staring to turn my back on the LevelUp.

Now about 4 months since release, and not even a fix released.
Starting to look like we have to wait for the update just as long as we have waited for the initial release.

Guy's, you don't have to "Fix" everything in the 1st update, Release a "fix" for the essential issues, and then work on the next update for more general improvements. (Just a thought).

I feel like the developers have lost the momentum.

We can use our own naming convention for the livery folders? For example:

    • 737-600 Airline name
    • 737-700 Airline name
    • 737-800 Airline name
    • 737-900 Airline name
    • 737-900ER Airline name

    Yes, you can.

Just in order to keep the folder names short (To Please Windows) I use 60NG Airline name, 70NG Airline name and so on.

I installed the latest OS and it keeps sending me security warnings when I load up the 737ng, but I simply override the warnings so I'm not sure that is the problem.

There are no plug-ins needed for the 737NG to work.
The fact that you are getting security warnings when loading the plane suggests that there is something your MacOS doesn't like.

Since I am not a Mac user, I am hoping someone else with experience running XP and the 737NG on a Mac can further assist.

  7. Hello Luciano,

The folder structure looks fine (even though I am not a Mac user).

I see a lot of errors in the log file, so a few suggestions:
1- re-download and install clean version of the LevelUp.
2- Remove all plug-ins from the resources/plugins folder.

See if all loads correctly, and if so start adding plug-ins back in one at a time. If you have the same issue with all plugins removed and a clean install of LevelUp, I would have a look at your X-Plane Graphics settings.

I hope this helps resolving your issue.

just making a suggestion for when LU updates are available.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with your suggestion 😉.

I was merely pointing out the timeline for an update from LevelUp.

The Zibo Updater is such a fantastic tool for updating your aircraft.

If only there was something to update. 3 months in and still no update.....

  10. In order for us to assist, please attach the log.txt file to your post.

And make sure you followed the installation instructions for the LevelUp.

  11. Hello Nico,

    Wekcome to the forum.

This looks like a corrupt or incorrect install.

Please uninstall the LU 737, download a new base pack, unzip and put the 737NG Series folder directly in to the X-Plane 11/Aircraft folder.

Make sure you create a Liveries folder for any liveries you would like to add, and put those liveries straight in that Liveries folder (don't use an sub folders within the Liveries folder).

Make sure not to misspell the Liveries folder!!!

I hope that resolves your issue

I do understand what you were saying. I had the unfortunate of my family getting COVID while out of town with limited access to the internet. This made me unable to help and moderate between the 3rd of January and 21st of January (That's why I went silent here in the forums), and I do wish to have been able to interject right at the moment when it was starting to derail. What you are saying is correct.

Sorry to hear about your family COVID issue. Hope everyone is okay.

I was not aware there was only one moderator dealing with all our messages/threads.

So, let's keep this Thread "On Topic" going forward.

My problem was never about how conversations evolve. My problem is when people are not given "just" the accurate solution.

Okay, I tried not to comment on the latest interactions, as It will possibly get me in trouble, but I just have to.

    On the above:
"People" were only answering questions, and I for one didn't want  to reply to the requester to create a new thread for their "off-topic" question, as that should be for moderators to address.

We all don't use X-RAAS. Simply because RAAS is not commonly found on the 737's (Also it's considered an annoyance to some pilots). That's why we haven't noticed this and will include it on the next update

LevelUp never answered to the original question. The answer had to come from someone willing to share their personal experiences.

If LevelUp or a moderator had simply answered the question in the beginning, they could have then closed the thread, so that the content provided would remain topic subject relevant.

Don't get me wrong, I do understand that keeping conversations "on-topic" should be a goal, but if we want to micro-manage, then please do that from the beginning of a thread.

And I will not respond to the " it's considered an annoyance to some pilots", as that will get me banned.

    Again, just my two cents.

Couldn't find the way to upgrade the FMS DATA in Navigraph FMS data manager

I mean where I search for the planes series in the app I couldn't find the 737NG series to upgrade the FMS data

The 737NG uses the X-Plane 11 AIRAC, just like the Zibo 737. so you just update that and you are gtg.
