From what I've seen, they both spin in the opposite direction immediately from start - for what it's worth, I'm only using the Toliss A321 version of the engines, could it possibly just be an issue with that variant of the model? Lovely engines nonetheless, just figured it was something I should mention - thank you so much for your incredible work!

Was about to ask here about the reversed fan animation on the 321 when I saw the previous comment - is this a known issue at all?
