1.16 no clouds

I updated to 1.16 recently, no clouds appears after waiting for 15 mins.

I uninstalled xenviro and deleted xenviro.prf, reinstall the 1.16, but unlucky same result. The xenviro did showed correct METAR. The tonemapping and those 'colour slides' is working, so just the clouds not rendering. 

I'm running on Xplane 11.51(Vulkan) with up to date graphic driver. Should I file a ticket?

I have the same problems. No weather but correct metar. I also did a reinstall. 
Xenviro worked fine in Version 1.16 till now in X-Plane 11.51 on OpenGL. I did not change anything. What happend?

Reactivating Xenviro did it for me.
