I am a very visual person and think this scenery turned out extremely well overall. The detailing was expertly done. However, one point should be considered for "realism". Stationary sailboats rarely have full sails up near a dock inside a marina area. It looks very odd because it just isn't done. I know this observation might seem a bit picky from a non-developer, but sailboats with full sails up should be seen only in open water areas.

I tried it out for the first time yesterday and made a short flyover video of greater Vancouver for my Canadian cousin. It was a hit! Another cousin on Vancouver Island saw it and I did another for him over Sidney where he lives. For freeware, I am definitely impressed and will pass this on to other in flight sim groups I belong to. Thanks for the great work.
