Speed Brakes Reveresed Between Cockpit and Exterior

Hello, I am having an issue wher eon my throttle quadrent, the speedbrakes are set to retracted and this information is begin shown in the cockpit. However, when I go outside the speedbrakes are extended. If I set my speedbrakes to extend, they are retracting but in the cockpit they are also showing as extended. I have tried reversing the axis in XP11 and through the EFB
