If you use the jetway templates to set them up you can check out Resources\plugins\SAM\lib\SAM_Library\sam.xml. The <jetwayDescriptions> section contains all templates where maxExtent= is the extension range in meter.
If it's still too short you can manually increase the distance in the description tab in authoring tool for each jetway but be aware that it might lead to glitches in the visual appearance.
You may also read through this.

I would rather bet on a missing/incorrect route network here. Let me talk to Aerosoft on this.
Meanwhile please upload your SAM/logs/log.txt as well as SAM/dump file AFTER a crash so we can see what's triggering the CTD

Is your firewall maybe blocking SAM Suite?
-
Hm nothing to see there. You can donwload the package manually here: http://sam-suite.com/SAM_2.2.1.zip

Can you post your log.txt from C:\Users\[YOURNAME]\AppData\Roaming\StairportSceneries\SAM Suite please?

What kind of other windows?
I tested it on a usual monitor and it works fine for me. Could you create a short video? Seems to be a 4K issue.

Which SAM version are you using?

I wonder if there will be a kit to set the door position myself
Open the aircraft.xml and enter the values manually from the .acf file together with your door coordinates.

Send the log.txt after the error appears to support@stairport-sceneries.com
You can find it here: C:\Users\[USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\StairportSceneries\SAM Suite

This is not related to WorldJetways but to the default scenery itself. The author defined the jetway as Rotunda_jetway but in order to make it extendable it has to be Rotunda_extension.
Takes 10 seconds to change in WED so that shouldn't be a big deal

If you would give more information about your situation that would definitely help.
-
Did you run it as administrator? And can you double check if Resources/Plugins/SAM has been deleted entirely before?
-
That could have different reasons. Did you run SAM Suite as administrator?
-
Check out the "Deactivation after reboot" section.

Hm which VDGS object are you refering to?
-
That has already been fixed in SAM 2.2.0, please update

Kann ich nicht bestätigen.

You need to send your logs to the support team, they need to know more details.

I honestly don't get it. Looks all like it should be:
I just noticed the VDGS animation is overlapped itself, need to fix that in the objects

Yeah, ORBX Central is usually not up to date. BTW we will release 2.1.9 within the next 12 hours so you might need to update the Base Plugin again.

Great! You can share the .dsf + sam.xml file if you like.

Oh the default ESGG scenery is definitely strange. The parking position you used has no jetway, the scenery author didn't place them. There are some on other positions though:
EDIT: Comparing that with the real airport it looks like that the author tried to simulate the fixed jetways that are present at the real airport with this construction without actually using an X-Plane jetway:
I opend a bug report for you: https://gateway.x-plane.com/bug_reports?selected_issue=XSG-11307

You better install 2.1.8
Sam World Jetways show unlicensed in Sam Suite

Can you please verify that steam is running in the background when opening SAM Suite? If it still shows unlicensed while steam is open that would definitely be an issue.
