I ran the debug at KDEN/B38. It is NOT the default - it is the xCodr version from the org (and as I stated before this was working back in Oct/Nov so I don't know what has happened since then).  Included are four photos: two of the 742 and two of the A346 from ToLiss at the same gate in KDEN (which, btw, won't even get SAM to activate).

I hope these images help. If you'd like to get more screenshots of these a/c or others at different airports/gates please let me know. I'm now on the Stairport as the same name so communication either way is good with me. I'm more likely to check Discord before coming back here tho (I keep forgetting about this forum).

    Cheers! John

Can you please test any default airport in that regard? I don't have that scenery so I can't really follow up with it.

  2. This is my default KDEN airport in the Felis 742 at B38W (there is no plain B38 for me?). Your scenery looks slightly different, confirm it's the default one?

For debugging purposes you can enable the debug mode in the SAM base plugin settings and take a screenshot like this:

The green arrows indicate the jetway calculation, I wonder which color these have in your case.

However I found a really big issue in your log:

    SAM 1.0.8 loaded
    Loaded: Custom Scenery/KPDX - Portland International/plugins/SAM/win_x64/SAM.xpl (com.stairport-sceneries.sam).

Looks like this scenery is shipping a SAM version which is the worst thing you could have. The old version "fighting" against the new version. You must only have ONE SAM installation and definitely NOT inside a scenery folder.

  3. No there isn't. We're on Ubuntu as well afaik which works well.

In fact it's not a direct problem with our plugin because that runs well on Linux. It's a problem with the steam authentication dll which is broken on Linux to some extent. That's why we can't solve the issue atm.

Did you buy the extensions at steam? If so it might help if we convert your purchase into a native license key to skip the steam check.
