M20 collection, purchased from X-Aviation - Installation problem.

HI, I installed the M20 collection into X Plane 11.51.  Activated, and was told that the activation X-Aviation licence was updated.  However, the pilot and co-pilot are still visible, no external scenery, and looks like the aircraft has not been activated.  What is the next step, please?  See extract from Log.txt file    "m20_systems.xpl : Error Code = 127"  The m20_systems.xpl is present in each aircraft folder.
