Unable to Update Base Plugin

I have been trying to update the Base Pugin through SAM2 Suite.  Every 'Update' button for it takes me to the Changelog which has no scroll bar so I can't get down to the bottom where I presume another button is, to actually initiate the 'Update' download.  I can't find any other reference to this is any forum, so I must be doing something wrong - but I can't figure out what!

I am using SAM2 Suite v1.4.3.  My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. Window 10.  Nvidia RTX 2080 Graphics.
