Suggestions in maintaining stable fps? Hardware Reccomendations?

Downloaded the product today along with a few Southwest Liveries. Was not able to maintain over 15 FPS. I am able to run the Zibo, FFA320, JarA330, A350XWB, X-Crafts, etc. with stable FPS pushing high 40s to mid 50s. I currently have Ryzen 5 3700x, EVGA 2060 RTX, 32 GB DDR4 Ram, plenty of harddrive space etc. Not sure what I can do to make this run properly as a possible replacement or addition to my Zibo aircraft. Any help would be lovely thanks 🙂

Hi,

This doesn't seem to be right. I have a weaker setup and can reach 25 FPS on high density locations. And above 30 FPS when not.

Could you please follow these instructions please:

1. Install the "737NG Series" on the "X-Plane 11\Aircraft" folder. And Not on the "Laminar Research" folder or "Extra Aircraft" folder.

2. Make sure you have the latest C++ Redistribution. https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

3. Make sure you have the latest drivers for you Graphics Card.

4. Make sure you don't have xLUA in your "X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins" folder

5. Validate on Steam or run the Installer to check on missing or broken files

6. Turn off or add an exclusion folder on your Anti-Virus

Make a detailed post on including Aircraft Type, Issue and Description and a Log.txt

Tell us everything you've done to try to resolve it on your own. Follow the steps above and tell us you did them, each one of them.

Hi,

I actually had the same problem as the OP; very similar system, stuck at 15fps.

4. Make sure you don't have xLUA in your "X-Plane 11\Resources\plugins" folder

1. Was there.
2. Updated.
3. Latest already.
4. No xLua. Seems to be fine with "FlywithLua".
5. Found one missing file. Fixed it.

So basically just did 2. and 5. and now I get around 45-60fps.

(Oh and I switched from OpenGL to Vulkan.)

So thanks!
