Getting error message when trying to install demo version

I have a brand new flight sim computer form JetLine Systems with the latest Windows 11 and .NET Framework 4.8 installed.  When I try to install the .exe demo file the error message reads "to run  this installation you must install .NET. Would u like to download it now".  I've installed it and have the latest framework.  What .NET framework was this software created with?  How can I fix this?
