During cruise while preparing for an ILS approach, in the INIT REF page of the FMC, what is the function of the line: G/S: ON/OFF in the left low corner of the FMC? Thank you! If the eventuality of the G/S equipment not working on the Airport you can use to ILS frequency to just use the LOC since the LOC and G/S are 2 different systems and antennas. I just intercept the glide slope and engage the APP button on the IXEG and it works, I can't get it to work with the Levelup 737 tho.... What anm I doing wrong? I have ILS freak in the NAV channel and the plane has been following the FMC on the flight but it doesn't like ILS landing... at various airports. Perhaps you don't have any issues at this point, but I found this video to be very helpful in this regard. I know it says Zibo - but it also pertains to these AC.
