'unloading finished' issue found in zibo mod with latest SAM3.1.8-f1 & GroundService 1.0.3

Hi there, just to let you know that the GroundService unloading process appears to have an issue with (for example) the Zibo Mod (v3.53.15)

In todays flight I loaded normally using a jetway, but on arrival, I select the 'stairs' mode button on the Parking page before the beacon was off; the unload was instantaneous, it skipped immediately to saying 'Deboarding/Unloading finished.' & no vehicles displayed.

Seems to be a bug in this release, as it wasn't doing this before.

Maybe there's some error trapping missing, which would prevent this erroneous condition.
