FlightFactor A350 Stuck On Auto (Blue) Jetways Not Attaching

Hi there, as the title says, I'm using the latest FlightFactor A350 at VTBS (by TaiModels) and the Auto is stuck on blue. No matter what I do to the aircraft nothing pulls the gate towards the aircraft. I'm happy to send the scenery for debugging as it is payware.

Does the aircraft work in other scenarios like other airports?

Yes, the A350 works at default airports (since I bought SAM WorldJetways) but it doesn’t work at VTBS and same for other aircraft like the 737. Auto is stuck on blue

Then it's an issue with the airport configuration. I suggest to get in touch with the scenery creator.
