I don't think you've set the kill data refs correctly, check them again, compare to the data refs to toliss kill data refs on their leaps.

Not sure what you mean by this, it works for me in Photoshop.

Hello Daniel,
First thank you again for this incredible mod. After looking at the manual and the liveries you made, there is a mismatch between both. Can you confirm that the new Mod version need 2 texture files (leap_l_engine.png & leap_r_engine.png)? And not only one (leap_engine.png) as written in the manual?
Thanks.
that is correct the engines are separated in to separate images per engine they also use .dds now rather than .png.

Hi,
where can I download the livery of Lufthansa' A320neo shown on the cover? Every livery, which I found, has a lower quality.
That one is my own I made, Its not been released, plus its based of someone else's work I wouldn't want to release with out permission.

The engines do not start using the V2.2
so the mod only work with the V4?They were tested in V3 and V4 and both are working.

Hello. This mod support V. 4.1R2? Because i have problem with starting the engines
(edited)
I have read the comments about not starting engines and want to show you my order of installing engines in Plane Maker.
1. I am deleting 2 engine files
2. I create five blank files. To them I connect files from the folder with engines.
3. I expose their values so that they can be found in the right places.
4. Set Shadow Mode for 2 objects, also set "Prefill" for 3 objects.
5. Change the name of the acf file.
6. Save and exit.I did everything as it was in manual. I also tried not to change the name of the acf file, but it still didn't help.
I've advised many that the mod is visual only if done correct it would have no impact to the mechanics of the plane, the only alternate is that you've done something incorrect in plane maker. DO NOT and I emphasise DO NOT change any names of acf files or any part of the author page in plane maker, this will most likely cause the problems you are seeing. Alot of the SASL/Flight Model/System plugins these planes use usually reference the ACF file, if you change names they usually will stop working.
Now you can either record your steps in a video so I can review and point out any problems, or you can try starting fresh and only editing the misc object page of the acf file in plane maker to add the engines and remove the others. I have also tested this in V4.1R2 and it still works fine.

@cardajowol Do you have any plans to keep the old textures alive for download? I had to update my FF A320 which means a complete refresh on all of my mods and stuff and found out all of my existing neo liveries are not working. I have over 25 Neo liveries that are now broken. I tried using the new paint kit and put it in the same directory as the others, but it will not read and display.
they probably don't work because the mod was updated to separate textures for each engine, you can try duplicating your texture and renaming them, there is a Left and Right engine texture now.

Hey carda,
the A321 still has the 1.2.0 manual so I am a bit irritated now on how to download it so could you possibly fix this? However great mod and great contribution to the community. Thank you!
Fixing must not of saved to pdf correctly I will be fixing here shortly. 1.3.1 for A321.

I got this working on the new Neo without any issues... I think the original mod works on it with no changes (unless there are some things I didn't notice).
It works, just need to use the correct data ref for the kill data ref entry in plane maker, but there is a few issues with the particles.

Hi, would you be able to mount these nice engines on the default 747?
That would require new pylons to be modelled, possibly in the future but its not on my immediate list.

sounds like you may not of saved them as the correct dds I think there is a particular dds format you have to use. Most likely your issue.

Hi very good work, is it possible that the static rotation of the fan in the wind is no longer present? Regards
Depends on whether flightfactor modelled it, if they haven't set Engine 2 in the ACF that no it probably won't I just use flight factors datarefs, if the dataref doesn't change due to wind factor then the mods fans won't either. Not a problem of the mod.

That's not 100% true you do have to touch the ACF file to add the engines, but like I said editing object files doesn't affect the planes functionality, you can remove an engine object and the engine will still start, I've seen it and done it a few times. The only place that affects the functionality that the mod has any interaction with is the ACF file and that only happens if you've changed something you shouldn't of.

I need a bit of help, I can't get the delta livery to work. I have the PNG but I don't know where to put it or what to name I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
The manual has all the information you need to know why to put the livery, so long as you correctly matched the install instructions. Sufficed to say the livery folder structure has to match the folder structure of the default objects folder, if you have not put the livery in the correct folder it will not override the base texture.

After install it my engines ain't starting. Do you know why?
Its a query I've been asked a couple of times, but the mod is purely visual as well if its affecting the engines its probably because you've edited something in the ACF in plane maker you shouldn't have no one has given me sufficient information to understand what it is, but if you start changing acf names or names in the author panel I have found they can cause problems, mostly because the coding part of the planes usually reference those fields. if your doing any of that then don't.

No, I'm talking about the nosecone spirals. If you look in the first picture they're all messed up in the first pic and I'm not sure what's causing it.
Looks fine to me, its using the Wobbly Ball Nosecone Decal it will be off centre.

Hey, I'm hoping someone can help me on what step i might've messed up or possibly skipped? The new GE engines look like this.
Thanks!
Are you referring to the particles overlapping? I've seen that happen on other planes too, not sure why might be an xplane bug buts not the first time I've seen particles do that. Probably nothing you've done wrong on the mod install so long as you've not changed the coordinates for the particles that were included in Plane Maker.

Looks like a problem with plane maker rather than the mod, looks like some graphical issue thats making the aircraft reference drop down larger than it should be putting it over the 3rd coordinate. Not something i've ever seen before or know how to fix.

The engines are removed via that data ref if they are not removed then its because you've done something wrong in them, look for any spaces you may have included in the text boxes.
