Tulsa Community College for the Default/REP Cessna 172SP G1000 Installation 1. Extract the .zip file 2. Inside the .zip file there will be a folder called "TCC (N5522X)" - put this folder in your "X-Plane 11/Aircraft/Laminar/Cessna 172SP/liveries" folder. Note: N5522X is a Cessna 172SP G1000 operated by Tulsa Community College and used for flight training. The real aircraft doesn't have wheel fairings so you can use the "NO PANTS" mod to remove them. This can be found here:

BetterM20 improves the cockpit textures of the AFM Mooney Ovation II. I've only done the Ovation II and I'm not sure I will do the others because this was quite a lot of work. What was changed? - Too many artwork changes to list: panel color, attitude indicator color, weathering/wear and tear, ambient occlusion, etc. - Many edits to the normal maps (most of these edits prevent sunlight from peaking through the panel where it shouldn't - an X-Plane issue) - Many changes to thee ambient occlusion (ambient light shadowing) Installation Step 1: Place the "objects" folder in your root Mooney Ovation II folder. ("X-Plane 11/Aircraft/AFM/M20R Ovation II") Step 2: Merge and replace files when needed. Step 3: Enjoy BetterM20! AFM's Mooney can be purchased here. I highly recommend it.

As we all know, the TBM-900 by Hot Start is hands down the most detailed aircraft for X-Plane (and maybe all of flight sim). But, nothing, not even the TBM, is perfect. That's why I've made this mod. BetterTBM aims to improve the cockpit textures in general and also fix some minor issues, many of them caused by issues within X-Plane. What was changed? - Many edits to the normal maps (most of these edits prevent sunlight from peaking through the panel where it shouldn't - an X-Plane issue) - Many changes to thee ambient occlusion (ambient light shadowing) - Very slight changes to the panel color to match X-Plane's lighting Installation Step 1: Place the "objects" folder in your root TBM-900 folder. ("X-Plane 11/Aircraft/X-Aviation/TBM-900") Step 2: Merge and replace files when needed. Step 3: Enjoy BetterTBM! Hot Start's TBM-900 can be purchased here. I highly recommend it.

Bahamasair for FlyJSim's 737-200 Features Weathering toned down a bit according to the age of the airplane: especially around the cockpit windows. The default just wasn't matching my reference images. Custom typeface for the new and old 'Bahamasair' text, colors, and accurate scaling and placement of graphical elements. FlyJSim's 737-200 can be purchased here. I highly recommend it.

American Airlines for the IXEG 737-300 Features Custom Weathering: Dirt, scratches, etc (but not over done). Custom Normal Maps: Creates the metal effect, adds roughness where the aircraft is weathered. Accurate to the Real Aircraft: Custom typeface for 'American' text. IXEG's 737-300 can be purchased here. I highly recommend it.

RealPFD, an accurate PFD for the 737-800 by Zibo. What was changed? - Artificial Horizon colors - Pink object & text colors - Command Bar/Flight director cross-hare color, shape, and size - LCD display simulation (pixel grain, bloom, pixel burn-in, and saturation variation) - Many other tiny tweaks Installation Step 1: Place the "cockpit_3d" folder in your root Zibo 737 folder. ("X-Plane 11/Aircraft/B737-800X") Step 2: Merge and replace files when needed. Step 3: Enjoy a realistic and accurate 737-800 PFD!

American Eagle for the LES Saab 340A Features Custom Weathering Effects: When I completed the first version of this livery I thought it looked way too clean and flat compared to my reference photos. Because of this, I added dirt, leaks, and stains to the exterior to match my reference images and make the livery more realistic. Custom Normal Maps: The default normal maps that ship with the aircraft are quite low resolution and only account for flat objects on the exterior like doors, panels, and rivets. I upped the base resolution to the match thus of the albedo textures (4K) and then I redid them to account for weathering effects. I also made them a bit less reflective (to match referece photos, of course) and added a tiny hint of variation and noise so that they wouldn't look as flat. Custom Ambient Occulsion (AO) Effects: The default ambient occlusion effects that ship with the Saab appear to be hand painted and in some spots they are over-exaggerated and not very well done. I fixed the biggest examples of this: the Tail and the Wings. (The images below show the before and after of my edits: Before [default] & After [custom]). I patched the old effects and completely redid them. LES's Saab 340 can be purchased here. I highly recommend it.

TRANS WORLD AIRLINES (New) for the Rotate MD-80 Models The Last MD-80 Ever Built: N984TW was the last MD-80 ever built in 1999. TWA picked it up and then merged with American in 2002. The aircraft still flies today in American colors. Rotate's MD-80 can be purchased here. I highly recommend it.

TRANS WORLD AIRLINES (New) for the FlyJSim Boeing 727-200Adv Features Models TWA's Last 727: N64339 was TWA's last 727. The aircraft was retired in September of 2000 as seen in the video at the bottom. Custom PBR effects: Normal maps were used to create custom reflections that vary accordingly on different parts of the aircraft FlyJSim's 727 can be purchased here. I highly recommend it. DO NOT INSTALL TO ANY OTHER VARIANT OF THE 727, ONLY THE 727-200Adv

TRANS WORLD AIRLINES for the FlyJSim Boeing 727-100 Features Two Variants: This livery models N850TW, TWA's first 727. I made two variants, one models the 727 when TWA first got the aircraft: the nose was black and they put massive StarStream 727 decals on both engines (StarStream was their new jetliner service). Then after a few years they repainted it and took off the decals and removed the black nose. Custom PBR effects: Normal maps were used to create custom reflections on graphics on the aircraft and bare metal FlyJSim's 727 can be purchased here. I highly recommend it. RealPFD, an accurate PFD for the MD80 by Rotate. Rotate's default PFD has some huge differences between the majority of MD80 PFDs in the real airplanes. I addressed these differences in this addon to make the PFD much more accurate as you can see in the images above (see the Before, After, and Real screenshots). What was changed? - Artificial Horizon colors, shape, and size - Font of numbers - Command Bar/Flight director cross-hare color, shape, and size - Symbolic aircraft colors, size, and shape - Bank markings length and width - Width of lines marking degrees of pitch - Simple CRT display simulation (pixel distortion and brightness) - A little bit of dust, dirt, and finger prints that you probably wouldn't notice unless you zoomed in and looked - Many other small tweaks Installation Step 1: Place the "cockpit_3d" folder in your root MD80 folder. ("X-Plane 11/Aircraft/Rotate MD80") Step 2: Merge and replace files when needed. Step 3: Enjoy a realistic and accurate MD80 PFD!
