About This File

I Present to you all the Pratt & Whitney 1100-G Engine for the FFA320, Toliss A319 and A321

Fully Animated Interior/Exterior Reverse's with Custom Particles in icing conditions and reverse thrust particle effects.

Installation of this mode is not for the faint of heart'd, if you don't have much experience with mods, please be warned.

Read Manual for more information.

Paint Kit is available as a separate download, this is only a PS Users version, if there is a requirement for others I will see what I can do.

I will advise this engine is an approximate modelling/texturing of the PW Engines, I in no way advise this is a like for like model of the PW1100G engine.

Quick Comment - IIf you are trying to do liveries make sure that you are placing the new engine texture in to the correct folder with in your livery, the directory of the livery has to match the directory of the default objects folder, if the PW Engines basic texture is in the objects/PW Engines folder in the default directory for the FFA320/Toliss319/321, you need to make sure its in there same folder name with in the livery/objects/ directory, otherwise it will not override.

This is a Visual Mod only, there is no change to performance in this mod, you will still get the same performance you would using the CFM/IAE Engines, If your using the Toliss with this mod, I would suggest making sure it is set to CFM not IAE so you will get the "N1" on the ECAM rather than the "EPR"

Just a lil comment, for the coordinates of the engine, i find that the values 42.1, -19 and -6.5 (PW L objects) and 42.1, 19, -6.5 (PW R objects) work better to get the pylon sitting flush right up against the wing like on the real thing. [THIS IS FOR THE ToLiss A321, I CANNOT SPEAK FOR THE FFA320 AS I DO NOT HAVE IT]

The positioning of the Engines on the wing to show the orange ring around the top of the Pylon like the real engines, I won't be changing the coordinates in the manual I spend a fair amount of time trying to position the engines correct, but if you wish to change the position that is up to you.

Hello Carda! First of all, thank you so much for all your hard work. 

I installed this mod correctly and everything is looking fine except for the animations. I installed the Delta engine mod that comes in this pack to one of the existing Delta A321 liveries which is N374DX. The whole engine looks very shiny and the fan bladed and spinners looks static like just an image during the flight on higher thrust or idle. The only time I can see those rotating animations was during engine startup and shutdown. Maybe this is normal? I did not see this issue on default engines and the LEAP mod.

This is the livery installation file: Aircraft/ToLiss A321 NEO PW 2K/liveries/[CFMST] Delta N374DX/objects/PW Engines/PW_engine_l.png and PW_engine_r.png
which I don't think there's any problem with it.

Can you post a picture or a video of what you are seeing? (I also found a bug with the 2K normal, download the 2K Normal Fix I have uploaded)

Here you go! Yes I do use the 2K version for both ToLiss a321std.acf and 2K for now. The reflections were not updating as well as you can see in the video and this image. I will try the fix.

Yeap try the fix I uploaded, if you've already downloaded it download it again, I missed the N1 blade normal was also had the same bug.

Downloaded the latest fix and the glossy look is now gone. I'll have a look, I'll need to install the 2K variant and test.

+1 on static blades at high rotation speeds, and the spinner only shows a dot. I am also using the 2K textures (with the fix). I haven't tried the 4k textures yet.

Is it possible to merge all 3 versions of A319 (LEAP Mod, PW Mod and Standard) in one folder and rename the .acf file accordingly?

Not currently no, possibly when the NEO Performance pack from Toliss comes out, but not currently nope.

Ok I found an issue with the Fast N1 animations I'll put a fix up shortly.

I guess it is for 321 and FF320 also not possible to have all tree VErsions in one folder!?

To switch between the 2 would require some new datarefs and work to do, its possible to do with lua but I'm not much of a coder lol.

Hey carda,

the A321 still has the 1.2.0 manual so I am a bit irritated now on how to download it so could you possibly fix this? However great mod and great contribution to the community. Thank you!

Fixing must not of saved to pdf correctly I will be fixing here shortly. 1.3.1 for A321.

I love this mod!

It would be amazing if you could model an A330 NEO engine(Trent 7000) for the JAR and RW A330s. We really need an A330 NEO for x-plane(it's a beautiful plane)
